Electrical Contracting Team:

The Electrical contracting team can Be contacted on 020 7486 9075. Your call will be answered efficiently, various details will be required this will enable our staff to direct your call though to the correct team member. Our team member will manage any requirements you have, providing information, services, quotation etc. On site visits are also available, if this is required please request. Any comments which you may have regarding the service you have received from MAC services should be reported to one of the team members to be resolved rapidly.

Out of Hours emergeny call out service:

This service is available to all of our clients by calling our standard number 020 7486 9075, your call will be transfered through to one of our out of hours electrician. MAC services have an outstanding team of qualified electricians who are ready to help you. This 24/7 service becomes available after 5pm Monday-Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday and all bank holidays thoughhout the year.

Electrical Wholesaler and Retail Team:

The Electrical Wholesaler team can be contacted on 020 7486 9075 or 07943517767 (John). Our team has got extensive knowledge of all electrical products including LED Lighting so we can provide you with an excellent service, our team will manage any requirement you have, providing information, products,quotations etc. We have a retail outlet located on the ground floor of our office, which is open 8am-5pm, please feel free to come and have a browse. Any comments which you may have with regards to the service you receive from MAC services should be reported to one of our team members to be resolved rapidly.

Accounts Payable:

Our account department is responsible for managing all financial transactions. For any queries regarding statements or invoices you can contact our Accounts team directly on 020 7486 9075, who will always be willing to assist, alternatively you can Email us on mail@mac-services.co.uk. Payment to MAC services Ltd can be made by cheque, BACS Transfer.We also accept credit card payments. All cheque should be made payable to MAC Services Ltd.You can also easly pay on line your invoice.

Company Charges

Hourly Rates:- There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15- minutes increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT

Fixed Price:- Quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.

Invoice:- An invoice will be produced showing a full description of the work carried out including a breakdown of the cost of labour and materials.

Payments:- Account Clients have a limit of 30 days to make payment on all invoices. Any invoice queries must be raised within 7 days.

If you should have any unresolved queries, require further information or fail to be completely satisfied with any work carried out by MAC Services Ltd, please contact us, we will endeavour to deal with the matter immediately.
