Are your electricians fully qualified ?
Our company policy is to employ fully qualified experienced electricians with City and Guilds Parts 1 and 2 as a minimum requirement. We also encourage all our staff to take further education courses to keep up with new regulations and trends. We have a strong youth policy where we employ young people as Apprentices, who get full training at both college and on site.
Are your electricians employed by the company direct ?
It has been our company policy for many years to have all our staff directly employed on PAYE. This creates a better team sprit and company loyalty. It also ensures continuity for our clients as they are able to have the same electrician for all their jobs should they so require.
Do you conform to current Health and Safety Regulations ?
Yes, we employ HASCOM Network Ltd a highly qualified and respected Health & Safety Consultant who advise on our Health and Safety Policy and ensure our staff is fully trained on all aspects of Health and Safety. We are also members of SAFEContractor a Health and Safety organisation that requires its members work to a very high level of safety to ensure the Health and Safety of their staff and the general public.

How long has MAC Services Ltd been going ?
MAC Services Ltd was started nearly 40 years ago by the current Managing Director and has been established in Central London for over 30 years.
What size of works can MAC Services Ltd carry out ?
There are essentially four arms to MAC Services Ltd.
Contracting
Our contracting services include new installations, rewiring, refurbishing, test and inspecting.
Small Works
Our small works department will call at properties and prepare a specification for new electrical work or rewiring of existing installations.
Responsive Repairs and Maintenance
This department will respond to emergency call outs 24/7 throughout the year. In addition, jobs can be booked in advance. Pre-planned maintenance, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests can be programmed for agreed time schedules, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, three monthly, six monthly or annually.
Outlet
We have an electrical outlet on the ground floor of our office where we stock lamps, accessories, appliances light fittings and all electrical installation parts. We offer a free delivery service in Central London. No order is too small.
